4.3 Cancellation

• Download, record, or redistribute HUPA content without authorization
• Use automated systems to access or interact with HUPA
• Interfere with or disrupt HUPA's servers or networks
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from HUPA
• Use HUPA for any commercial purposes without written permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 HUPA Content

All content available through HUPA, including movies, TV shows, images, text, and audiovisual materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. This content is licensed to HUPA by content providers.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, HUPA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content solely for your personal, non-commercial use within the HUPA application.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, modify, broadcast, or create derivative works from HUPA content. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by HUPA and its licensors.

Our total liability for all claims related to HUPA shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUPA, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of HUPA or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of HUPA at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the application from your device.

11.2 Termination by HUPA

We may suspend or terminate your access to HUPA immediately and without notice if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your subscription payment fails or is disputed
• We determine that termination is necessary to protect HUPA or other users
• Required by law or legal process

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access HUPA content will cease immediately, and any downloaded content must be deleted from your devices.
